Responsibility:
Initial screen of the incoming application materials briefly
Base on HC budget and cost budget to implement recruiting plan
Control recruiting cost and effective recruiting cycle
Develop and maintain different kinds of recruiting channels to ensure their effectiveness
Generate report for hiring update timely
Establish and enlarge talent database within industry
Participate in recruiting related projects including but not limit to campus recruiting, process standardization, etc
Other Job assignment from superior
Requirements:
Bachelor degree and above with 3-5 years staffing experience
Good communication skills, including patient listening and excellent expressing.
Headhunting experience is a preferred
