岗位为销售运营部门 合同管理岗位
需要有资深的合同管理经验,其他方面的背景暂不考虑
能适应英语书面工作环境,有一定的风险把控能力沟通协调。
熟悉excel等office软件
此岗位宝马Global暂无HC,通过宝马的面试,签订正式劳动合同(与外企德科),岗位预算约18K*12左右(按15K基数缴纳,北京***比例),入职试用期开始缴纳当地当地社保五险一金,补充医疗保险,试用期薪资不打折,其他福利待遇同任职部门,若有HC不排除转内可能性,不保证。
JOB DESCRIPTION——CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Responsibilities
一、Responsible for MINI sales contract daily check digital/original hard copy and make sure TP of the vehicle and all relevant sales offers is
correct to the customer knowledge (incl. special car); Daily communication with agent in case of issues (wrong signing or wrong content
on sales contract); Keep monitor and guarantee the sales contract is used in all channels is up to date;
二、Responsible for MINI contract management, including vehicle/customer status monitoring and steering, customer trade history tracking before program payment calculation, provide weekly contract report and monthly customer special case overview for sales operation
三、Facilitation upon legal requests
including extracting digital or original sales contract;
四、Support the request from internal and external, including spot check and audit request.. Sales contract checking, filing and archiving.
五、MINI FSM IT project development for new implementations and on going activities, including project design, request clarification and testing;
六、System master data maintain for MINI FSM new model and coordinate with IT for system and
customer issue between different
systems (DMO/Emall/Spark)
七、Other works assigned by team leader.
