Major Responsibilities:
1. Co-work with product management team and sales department for promotion program.
2. Define promotion strategy to meet overall budget and specific regional business objectives.
3. Monitor the execution of annual promotion plans and resources allocation.
4. Evaluate and analyze promotion result, work out future action plans.
5. Organize and plan new door opening program.
6. Negotiate with retailer, landlord and agency and ensure the maximum of in-store and outdoor brand visibility.
7. Submit advertising plan to regional and global team.
8. Tailor-made key account in-store activity calendar to ensure the goals of ranking.
9. Timely implementing the new product and merchandising updating in Sephora by cooperating with key account team.
10. Well monitor the result of all marketing plan (product, promotion, and merchandising) and feedback to brand team.
11. Submit all payment requests in time. Track the balance of spending and budget monthly.
