Who are you ?
你将成为Xiaomit土耳其的产品营销专家,为多款xiaomi旗下的明星产品产出整合营销方案,策划不同的营销活动,以达成产品的商业成功。
What will you do?
产品营销策划
- 与全球产品营销团队合作,完成本地产品营销的传播信息梳理,并负责产品主要营销信息的本地化
- 与产品团队/零售团队/电商团队合作,梳理产品生命周期重要节点,如上市,首销等,完成传播路线图
- 与市场团队其他成员合作,根据市场洞察与总部传播方案,通过不同的营销手段(包括不限于公关,媒介,社媒,线下活动,跨界合作等),构思本地产品生命周期营销方案
营销项目管理
- 与市场部内外部利益相关者合作(其他市场部成员以及外部供应商),保证营销项目准时,高质量交付
- 与产品团队保持紧密沟通,确保产品营销投入与营销活动与销售节奏一致
项目总结与复盘
- 根据具体营销目的,确定核心指标,对项目的结果进行评估,进行项目总结与提升
- 根据需求与外部供应商合作,针对核心用户群体完成用户调研,验证产品营销成果
任职要求:
本科以上
会土耳其语,英语听说读写流利,会中文加分
5年以上B2C甲乙方市场营销经验,消费电子品牌优先
高效的人际沟通技巧,
有项目管理经验,与风险控制意识
有创意,有点子,热爱潮流科技
As Xiaomi's product communication expert, the candidate will lead in designing integrated marketing communications strategy to achieve commercial success for Xiaomi products in Turkey.
Major responsibilities will include:
Product Marketing Strategy
Working with Global Product Communications Team to localize product communication plan;
Working with Product Management/Retail/E-commerce Team to create life-cycle communication roadmap based on important milestones, such as launching, F/S, etc.;
Based on market insights and global communication plan, working with other local marketing team members to create product communications plan based on each product's life-cycle, including but not limited to PR, Media, Social Media, Offline activities, Co-branding, etc.;
Project Management
Ensuring timely delivery of international and local Product Communications Projects;
Closely working with Product Management Team to ensure alignment of marketing investment, marketing activities and sales activities;
Creating KPIs for each product communication projects and making constant review and evaluation;
Working with external suppliers to complete customers survey and verify the result of product communication projects;
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above;
Fluent in English and Turkish;
Preferably 5 years' B2C experiences in consumer electronics area;
Excel in cross-function collaboration, cultural sensitivity and cultural awareness;
Product Management experiences will be plus;
Strong in creativity;
Having intense curiosity in understanding detailed specs of each product.
