· Keep responsible people informed about customer’s requirements
让负责人了解客户的要求
· Response customer complaints timely and set up containment as needed
及时响应客户投诉并根据需要设置遏制
· Conduct preliminary analysis at customer plant
在客户工厂进行初步分析
· Take the lead in correcting non-conformities from customer audits
领导修正客户审核中的不符合项
· Warranty disposition with customer
与客户的保修安排
· Take the lead in promoting plant to improve warranty problems
带头推动工厂改善保修问题

任职资格:
· Bachelor degree with major in quality engineering/methods
本科学历,质量工程等相关专业
· Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
优秀的中英文沟通能力
· Knowledge of total quality tools (3L5W, APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/PPAP,VDA,6 Sigma..)
全面质量工具知识(3L5W、APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/PPAP、VDA、6 Sigma..)
· Excellent interpersonal skills
优秀的人际交往能力
· IATF16949 internal audit certificate
IATF16949内审认证
·Excellent fresh graduate is also acceptable
