Dealer issue quick response and give some early warning and instruction.
Work with Diagnosis Engineers to build a technical manual.
Onsite support customer warranty complaint in 4s shop for biggest issue and regular do some dealer visiting for normal or special case.
Weekly tracking warranty top issues list and summarize status/progress, escalate issue properly.
Lead to do weekly warranty QRCM meeting and attend monthly warranty review meeting
