Responsibilities岗位职责: 1. Support manager in building and implementing sourcing strategy, source and purchase components or products for Rite-Hite Operating Companies. 配合采购经理完善和实施采购战略，为瑞泰集团各运营公司开发、采购零部件或产品 2. Making Purchasing report including quality and delivery, conduct bid evaluation and analysis, thus, make assessment to the suppliers periodically. 定期制作采购报表，包括供应商质量，交货等信息；对供应商进行评估和分析，做定期的考核。 3. Order processing and follow up, as well as driving continuous improvement regarding price, service, delivery performance, and lead-times. 公司部分订单的处理和跟踪，并推动价格、服务、交付性能和交货时间的持续改进 4. Take part in the NPI, Follow the sample status, and update the process to NPI team. 参与新产品开发，跟踪样品的进展并及时反馈给项目组. 5. Play the roll as SQE, Work with Engineering, Production, QC and suppliers to resolve the quality issues. 通过与技术、质量、生产等部门以及供应商的合作，解决采购件的质量问题 6. Support to establish and improve related information in system, such as supplier building and purchasing parts information building. 协助建立并完善系统中的相关信息,例如供应商资料和采购物料的信息的完善。 7. Provide suggestion on supply chain optimization. 根据现有资源，为公司提供优化供应链的建议 8. Other related tasks assigned by manager. 其它相关工作 Qualification岗位要求: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or above. 工程类本科及以上学历 2. Sable personality， at least 3 years of purchasing working experience; global sourcing experience is preferred. 性格稳重，至少三年以上采购经验；有全球采购经验者优先 3. Have experience of ERP. 有ERP使用经验 4. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, especially in written English. 良好的中英语沟通能力，尤其是书面英语 5. Ability to read simple drawings related specifications in English. 能够阅读简单的英文图纸和技术规范。 6. Good negotiation skills and cost consciousness. 优秀谈判技巧与成本意识 7. Good quality service consciousness； 良好的质量服务意识
