At least 5 years of experience in the role of Generalist, HRBP or other relevant HR area. Local school / International school / Bilingual school experience is preferable;    2. Recruitment function or ER background is the plus or preferable;    3. Familiar with labor law and local practice;    4. Fluent English;    5. Great communication and organization skills, ability to prioritize and strong stakeholder management;    6.
