职位描述
-Provide support to Intertek and customer in inspection/testing daily operation, analyzing data. And act as a bridge between Intertek and customer.-Work with other relevant sections to carry out customer’s business and meet total customer’s satisfaction.-Handle complaints or feedback from customer with Intertek team.-Be sensitive to understand customer movement and needs.-Perform any job assignments as requested by customer or Intertek. Requirements:-Bachelor or above.-At least 2 years’ working experience, have experience in Inspection or Testing laboratory industry is priority. With technical knowledge is a plus.-Fluent in written and spoken English.-Good command of computer operation, such as Excel skills.-Proactive and detail-minded, with good problem solving, time management skills and customer service mindset.-Good personality and communication skill.-Willing to take challenges and extra responsibilities.
