职责描述:
1) creating a customer satisfaction plan and strategy;
2) taking care of customer issues and quality improvement;
3) coordinating with make site to complete 8d report (make team does 8d report);
4) customer portal management, 8d, ppap, apqp follow up;
5) warranty (field) performance analysis and trending;
6) customer scorecard tracking;
7) taking the leadership for customer audit。
任职要求:
1) b.s. degree or above;
2) at least 5 years of quality related working experience;
3) rubber and plastic product experience is preferred;
4) expertise in 8d, ppap, apqp and qc tools preferred;
5) good team player, logical thinking and communication skill;
6) skill for microsoft office software;
7) ability to travel flexibly (domestic & international);
8) good english in reading, writing and speaking。
