职责描述:
1. responsible for developing new, profitable business at current and prospective customers while managing the life cycle and profitability of current business within major european automotive and commercial vehicle oem customers.
2. acts as the primary interface between firestone and assigned customer base, managing the day to day account activity across the broader business functions.
3. lead commercial and pricing negotiations for new and existing products to maximize revenue and profitability.
4. drives the launch of new customer products through leadership of, or participation in, cross functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the agreed quality level.
5. business analysis to identify new markets and deliver commercial solutions.
6. assist in the development and execution of long term strategies.
7. responsible for providing sales forecasts, gathering market intelligence and competitive price data.
任职要求:
1. bachelor degree in engineering or business
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in sales/customer interface
3. prior sales experience interfacing directly with automotive or commercial oem accounts
4. native german and fluent in english
5. independent hunter mentality
6. proven track record of new vehicle oem business development
