1. work with director to build up epm (enterprise process management) whole lifecycle management system to do effective procedure control for all process including monitoring progress, results and milestones, proposing solutions in case of any roadblocks or changes from plan, and drive decision making or pushing/escalation senior level management to solve critical issue.
2. drive and coordinate internal clients on multiple business process improvement initiatives and programs.
3. work together with management team or team sme to identify and prioritize critical processes.
4. facilitate any organizational process workshop involving liaising with users and process requirements.
5. responsible for the training of business process related systems, methods and tools to promote process management awareness and capability within the company.
6. lead the redesigned workshop processes and update the process including sop document based on business development.
7. work as bridge between process and functions to define the efficient working method.
