responsibilities:
-corporate accounts support:
place internal order to purchasing department base on customer order or forecast;
make forecast and consumption analysis so as to keep sustainable product supply;
work with purchasing team and logistics team on the on-time product delivery;
sample arrangement or other needs/assistance requested by the customer;
bid for tender and prepare required documentation.
-responsible for office sample management and other marketing materials purchase and control.
-responsible for trade shows participation, stand design, payment and etc.
-maintain product master database in sap and run pml on timely basis.
-maintain department sharepoint database.
-perform market research and analysis activities assigned by the manager in support of marketing programs or new product introductions
-handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time
qulifications:
-bachelor degree in business related field
-more than 2 years of working experience in related role
-good verbal and written communication skills in chinese and english as well as collaboration skill.
-logical thinking and excellent documents management.
-detail and result oriented;
-good time management skills in line with the prevailing priorities set up
