职责描述:
• check contract terms, communicate with customers and coordinate with related teams to get contracts issued and signed within timelines;
• check l/c application and work with customer to issue operable l/c;
• verify and organize export and import shipping documents, follow documents presentation status and payment settlement;
• internal system/database timely and accurately update;
• assist customers to solve any problem may happen during execution of contracts;
• coordinate with related counter parties (ld other offices, suppliers, buyers, shipping companies, other team members, etc..) in daily work;
• be able to foresee execution problem to mitigate the risk, guide other execution officers on tough problems.
任职要求:
• 4+ years of working experience of international trading/export/import;
• good knowledge of international trading practices procedure, incoterms, settlement process especially for letter of credit;
• familiar with the process and documentation of sea transportation/custom clearance;
• good verbal and written communication skills in english and french;
• scrupulous and pay attention to details, good analytical skills;
• ability to work independently and propose solutions, solve problems.
• good interpersonal skills, team work spirit and sense of responsibility.
