职位描述：
工作职责:
1.负责量产cp &ft&特性程序的开发、调试及优化
2.负责量产、工程以及特性的数据分析
3.负责测试硬件的改进和问题解决，如load-board, probe card or other interface boards
4.熟悉测试系统的结构和使用，如advantest测试机，magnum测试机等等
5具备积极的学习态度和良好的个性，在工作上能与本部门同事和其它部门的同事友好沟通
6.订购探针卡
7.负责寻找新测试设备有保障的供应商，以及新设备的评估
8.通过电性失效分析为良率提升提供帮助
9.持续改进yea技能，不断地提升更高效解决问题的反应周期和质量
10.编写yea的报告
11.能为yea的设备及相应损耗材料准备pr
12.部门之间的交互培训
1.responsible for cp、ft and chaz program development、 debugging and optimization
2.product、engineering and chaz data analysis.
3.responsible for test interface hardware modification and troubleshooting, which is load-board, probe card or other interface boards.
4.learning to familiar with test system structures and applications, which are like advantest tester, magnum tester or other memory test systems.
5.good learning attitude and good personality to work with or interface with other work related groups or departments.
6.order probe card for device.
7.responsible for vendor search, new tool evaluation and justification.
8.conduct electrical failure analysis in xmc products to support yield enhancement
9.continuously improve yea skills for better cycle time and quality.
10.write and document yea reports.
11,prepare pr for ordering yea supplies..
12.cross-train each other for various yea techniques.
任职资格:
1.电子信息，数学和计算机的本科学历，硕士及以上优先
2.至少4年相关工作经验
3.掌握uf3000探针机的操作技巧
4.熟悉linux操作系统
5.具备良好的advantest t5761/t5385/t5830和verigy v5400测试平台的编程能力
6.熟练掌握magnum,t5581 and burn-in测试平台的编程能力
1.b. s. degree in ee, physics, mathematics, and computer science. m. s. or above is preferred.
2.at least 4 years of relevant experience.
3.basic operation skills on uf3000 prober
4.familiar with operation of linux operating system
5.good programming skill on advantest t5761/t5385/t5830 and verigy v5400 test platform
6.familiar with magnum,t5581 and burn-in test platform
